Dear Sir I like to draw hereby your attention to my Above Samsung s22 Display lines problem which has been arisen due to software update. The phone was bought on march 2022. They are rejecting the free of cost replacement of the display. I have visited their service centre an they have accepted that the green line issue is from the company side. They are replying that company can’t bear this big expenses that’s why they have to reject the claim for free of cost replacement. Please advise further course of action.
