I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a serious issue that has occurred on my Motorola phone G82 after the recent software update. Following the update, green lines have appeared across the display, which is clearly a defect caused by your update.
This is completely unacceptable, as my phone was in perfect condition before the update. It is evident that the issue stems from Motorola’s software, and I expect this to be addressed immediately and without any cost to me. I did not pay for a defective product, nor should I be responsible for fixing a problem that Motorola has caused.
I demand that you either repair or replace my phone’s display free of charge. Please provide me with a solution as soon as possible, or I will be forced to escalate this matter.
