I have paid RS.1100 for a saree. But I received completely a different saree. Neither of mobile number or email id is reliable. Please ban the website and kindly levy penal charges

I ordered a Saree from great Indian Saree and I received totally different colour and quality of the saree is poor and no response from their phone number also
