I got a call from Grand Vivanta and they invited me to Le Meredien hotel in Coimbatore. They explained about the holiday packages that they offer and I took 5 year package. After that they are not responding to my calls and emails. I tried placing booking request through their website and it is not working either. I sent an email claiming refund of the money I paid. There is no response for that either.
