I have purchased two SONY WH-CH510 headphones from flipkart, when i opened them the two o the heaphones were having issue with the microphones and i was not able to even talk with them when i was on call, when i said the customer executive the problem they said to talk with the sony support we cant help you with this, then i called to sony support they said me the same that they cannot help me with this, u have to talk with flipkart. Then i recalled to executive of flipcart, he said that wait for 7 days our concern team will help you with this, then i got a call after 7 days when my refund time period was ended and still she(DIVYA from Concern Team India) said me that she cant help me with as well you should only go to support of the brand (SONY). I am really disappointed with flipkart as they are fooling everyone with the sale, they are not mentioning the refund/replacement guidelines properly and every seller have to right to fool customer on Flipkart. It looks like if i become a seller i can also fool people with defective items and sell them openly, no one from flipkart will even raise a voice or complaint on the same. I purchased the product because i was trusting Flipkart, now i know there is no one there who can speak for this and even assist anyone. I am deleting flipkart from my apps and from now i wont purchase anything from here, also i have every single recordings with the support team of flipkart and song as well. i will share it on social media and let the people know that there is a fooling racket goingon on flipkart So BEWARE. Flipkart lost one customer.
