I kamaljit Singh With my wife was called at raddison blue hotel on 5 sep 2022 as we told them we are not interested in packages they promised to assure services and took in favour that you shall be given good hospitality and food as commite by Mr. Tanbir, Ms. Hansa and Mr. Ajay Rajput . they took our 3-4 hours till late night explaining their products comming prices from 2 lakh to bottom as they took a payment of Rs. 58,000 including EMI charges from me as a package of 4 days and 5 nights for 5 years . and also told me that it is 100% refundable and cancell if you need not as Ihad not received any documents from company side and nobody is responding me on the call as well as email sent to their only one email number i.e. info@grandvivanta.com and the customercare number is not working that is 18008333738 as it tell that number is invalid and pls check the numbner , one number of Mr. Aftab was given to me i.e. 9311959713 that is busy all day and no answer after 5;30 pm in evening.
I had complainty to their email on 22 sep 2022 but no reply has come so far , today on 12 oct 22 I had sent them a reminder email for the same .
I am fully mentally , physically and financially haresed from them as I had visited their premisis at hotel Raddision blue , Paschim vihar, new delhi but no reply has come so far from them .
Please get my hard earned money back as my financial condition is not well as I had to pay dues from EMI every month as I had not used that money.
