I am vodafone connection user. I am using 3G Micromax Canvas handset. I am using Vodafone 4G/3G internet. But I am not getting 3G speed. I had contact customer care for my problem, but all that was useless what they said to do. Everything I did what they said, But still getting 2G speed. I changed my sim into another 4G phone, but the speed was the same…. Low. Customer care said “hard reboot handset, shift handset to airplane mode, and then return to normal mode… and you will get 3G speed on your 3G set.” I did all those things what they said, but unfortunately I am not getting the speed, for which I am paying to company.
