Placed an order for a sofa on July 29th. Prepaid. Even paid for weekend delivery. The promise was to deliver by 1st/2nd August.

Have received a mail on 1st August mentioning it will be delivered on 3rd August.

Till date the item hasn’t been delivered. According to tracking it’s not even been shipped.

The emails are not being responded to. The customer care number is defunct. The Twitter handle is doling out standard responses. No avail.

They are advertising a sale when they cannot fulfil their orders and deliveries.
