I have ordered a Waltz storage king size bed by perfect homes at price 8999 rs and 75×72 inch foam king size mattress by sleepwell for Rs 6999 on 23 rd September 2021. The amount is paid in full. Now, the customer care numbers of this fraud company are not working neither are they giving any response to any of our emails. It has been almost 15 days now and the order just shows out for delivery but there is no further update. Either I want my order to be delivered in a proper condition or I want my full refund.
