I am attaching all the E-mails in the description here as they have all the details:

I placed this order on 16th March and it is to be delivered today. I received a message with the name and contact number of the delivery manager and the time slot mentioned in that was 4-6 PM whereas while placing the order, I had selected the slot of 4-8 PM.

Also, when I tried to contact the delivery manager, his number was not available to receive any call. So I contacted Zefo support through chat but didn’t get any response. After contacting Zefo through the helpline number at 10:34, I was told that there is no alternate number of the delivery manager available and on further inquiry the support person said that they will arrange a call back within an hour.
It has been 5 hours and I still haven’t received any call back from your support team. Though the delivery manager called me at 3:17 saying that he is going to deliver the product now.
I have been trying to contact him since the morning to tell him to deliver after 6 PM but was not able to contact him and also I didn’t get any support from Zefo as well.

I need an immediate response for this, I can’t wait for 24 hours. Your delivery manager is at my doorstep right now and there is no one to collect the order there. What should I do about it?

Also, he told me that a different person will be coming for installation and he was not sure when will that be.
I am facing a very unprofessional behavior on your side till now, I was not even informed anytime that the delivery and installation of the order will be separate matters. Please let me know when will the installation be done?

This is the worst experience I have had from any shopping website!!

Even after enquiring multiple time through chat, E-mail and even calls, Zefo has not been able to let me know exactly by when can the installation of the order be done.
On top of it, the whole support team of yours is not of any help at all, I was told that I will be receiving a call with the installation detail by 7 (by 2 different support team members) and I have not received any call back. The same thing happened in today morning as well.
And now when I am trying to call on your helpline number, its saying that its closed and I should drop an Email with my concerns. This is the third Email that I am writing and I have only got a single reply, that too, a totally useless one.
I choose Zefo based on the recommendation of a friend but I am not going to recommend it to anyone ever. It has been a ridiculous response from Zefo till now. I am hoping to get a sensible reply now and that too ASAP, although it seems that it’s a lot to expect from Zefo based on the experience I had.
I didn’t get any response of the above 2 E-mails.
I have sent them another E-mail with a query of which I am hoping to get a reply soon:
I placed the order on 15th March and it was delivered on 19th March, but even if Zefo says that delivery and installation is done at the same time, it wasn’t the case with my order. The product has not been installed yet and hence I cannot decide whether I would want to keep it or not, so please let me know how your 3-day return policy works in this kind of scenario. Will the 3 days be counted from the day of delivery or from the day of installation?

The installation will not be done till 26th March, so, will the product be still eligible for a return?
I have made several attempts to get some useful feedback from your support team, but all efforts in vain. I have also dropped a few E-mails, of which I didn’t get any response. I have already stated in all those E-mails as well as on several calls that I have had a horrible experience dealing with Zefo and it was first time shopping form Zefo and the impression has been nothing but awful.
Please respond to this E-mail at least as I need the answer to my query regarding returns at the earliest.
