I had a queen sized bed that I had scheduled a pickup for specifically mentioning that the pickup needs to be done on an urgent basis and that I will be vacating the house.
However now the pickup executive is denying the pickup and zefo customer care is saying they will “take action” but they cannot schedule the pickup today.
This means that I cannot vacate my house today which is unacceptable because I am leaving the city today. What display of professionalism is this? This is simply not acceptable.
While buying the product they will charge extra money from you under the tag : “buyback guarantee” and then this is what they do. The practice of cornering customers is something that needs to be handled very seriously.
Very disappointed.
