I was ordered a diesel wrist watch “worth Rs.1511” but I have not received that product from this company. I have received other cheap product. This is a Fraud with me. “newwatches.in” is a Fraud company. The product is received today 16-09-2019

Even i was cheated with the same trick (Wanted Diesel Watch and fastrack watch came to me). Did you get the refund? what is the escalation matrix for me to file a complaint. Please help me.
