Text of Complaint by Anirudh Mohan:

. I ordered Blackberry Mens Blue Fit Checkered Smart Casual Blazer on 17th Dec,2021,which i received on 21st Dec.. But the product that i got was a wrong product and i raised multiple complaints after multiple calls about it,but from Myntra Team continously denied my concern. And after multiple requests and phone calls ,i requested for return ,which got approved on 24th Dec..And the delivery agent picked up the order on 25th Dec at around 11a.m.. And since on 25th Dec till now(28th Dec), i have been recieving messages for ‘Pick up failed ‘,and also i didnt get any confirmation. Regarding this i also again raised the issue multiple times,after multiple times calls to customer care.And on 27th Dec all issues were got closed with no resolution of my concern.Then i again called to re open the issue,the issue got reopened then. Today is last day of return.And now i have 0% believe in Myntra. This issue has created so much Mental harrasement and my valuable time got lost.
