I ordered a product from the website layerline.in on 6 March 2026. The order was for “Men Cargo Trousers (Pack of 2)” priced at ₹799. The order ID is #FSF1190379 and the delivery address was Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The product was delivered on 11 March 2026 through Cash on Delivery. However, when I opened the parcel, I found that the item delivered was completely different from the product I ordered. The item received does not match the description or images shown on the website.
request the Consumer Helpline to take action against the seller and help me obtain a refund for the amount of ₹799 that I paid for the order.
I have attached the order confirmation screenshot, parcel label, and photos of the wrong product received as proof.
