Order ID – OD124322626776228000 . GRIEVANCE NO :- 3333113 . Order ID – OD124322626776228000 .ON 6th OF MARCH ORDER DELIVERED TO ME . I WAS VERY EXCITED TO USE MY SMART WATCH . AFTER SOME TIME OF HAPPINESS IT TURNED INTO DISSATISFACTION . I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY SEEING THAT ITS USED PRODUCT .PRODUCT WAS F-ASSURED .FLIPKART MENTION’S THAT THE PRODUCT GOES UNDER 6 QUALITY CHECKS TO REACH OUT TO THE CUSTOMER . I CAN’T SEE THATS HAPPENING . I MAILED TO GRIEVANCE ON THIS ISSUE . I GOT A CALL BACK . I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HER . SHE SAID THAT SHE NEED 24 TO 48 HOURS TO GET BACK TO ME ON THIS ISSUE IF I ESCALATE THE ISSUE . I ASKED THE PURPOSE OF ESCALATING THE ISSUE . SHE SAID THEY KNOW WHAT WAS EXACT PROBLEM FROM SELLER ARE LOGISTICS . I SAID IF ANY ONE FINDS GUILTY . YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ACTION WILL YOU DISCLOSE THAT TO ME . SHE SAID WE CANT DISCLOSE THAT . THEN HOW CAN I KNOW REALLY INVESTIGATION HAVE DONE AND ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS .SHE SAID DUE TO SOME REASON WE CAN’T SHARE IT WITH YOU . BY THIS I UNDERSTOOD THAT IF WE GET THIS TYPE OF ISSUES . THERE IS NO VALUE OF US . THEY DONT KNOW ALWAYS CUSTOMERS ARE KINGS . THIS SHOULD ME REALISED . DO CUSTOMERS DON’T HAVE THEIR RIGHT .ALL DECISION ARE TAKEN BY FLIPKART AND WE SHOULD AGREE WITH IT . WE SHOULD RETURN PRODUCT AND TAKE REFUND . THIS IS NOT GONNA HAPPEN NOW . SOME POLICY SHOULD ME MAID ON THIS ISSUE . TO REDUCE THIS ISSUE . ACTOIN SHOULD BE TAKEN AND FLIPKART SHOULD BE FINED. I REQUEST TO TAKE AN SEVERE ACTION ON THIS TYPE TO SELLING USED PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMERS . IF WE USERS GET USED PRODUCTS AND WE SIMPLY ACCEPT TO RETURN PRODUCT . THIS SCAM IS NOT GONNA STOP . ACTOIN SHOULD BE TAKEN ON THIS ISSUE . HOW CAN FLIPKART ENCOURAGE THE SELLERS TO SELL USED PRODUCT TO CUSTOMER . FLIPKART IS DOING 6 QUALITY CHECK THEN THIS SHOLD NOT GONNA HAPPEN . HOW DOES THIS HAPPENED . FLIPKART IS ENCOURAGING SO THIS ARE HAPPENING . I HAVE FACED THIS LOTS OF TIME . I AM A VALUABLE PLUS MEMBER OF FLIPKART SINCE SOME YEARS . NOW IAM ELIGIBLE ED FOR 2023 TOO . I KNOW THIS ARE HAPPENING . IAM NOT GONNA CALM NOW . MY LOTS OF TIME IS WASTED IN THIS . LOTS OF ISSUES I HAVE FACED . I HAVE REACHED MY LAST LIMITS OF PATIENCE . THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME IAM FACING THIS ISSUE . I HAVE FACED THIS ISSUE BEFORE ALSO . I HAVE GOT ALREADY USED RINGS , WATCHES , MIXER GRIENDER . ONLY ONE CUSTOMER IS FACING THIS LOTS OF ISSUES .
