Got Upgraded by Vodafone for a different plan without my consent

Text of Complaint by Omar Ramdani:

I had an Iphone11 then got an Iphone13, I wanted to transfer my Vodafone ESIM from Iphone11 to Iphone13 but could not do it. I called Vodafone to help me with the transfer and was told that with my Red package that I am entitle to upgrade my Network from 4G to 5G complementary free of charge. However the Vodafone person upgraded my contract to an other package. I was on Red package 100 gb, unlimited calls, unlimited text 4G for £20 a month which I had it for years, however now my Package has been changed to red 100gb unlimited calls, unlimited text 5G at £32.86 a month. Vodafone are insisting that no upgrade was done to my package and i am still on the same package. however on my Vodafone Dashbord, It shows that the changes will take effect from the 17 march 2022 for an extra 12 Months.
