Hello My Name is Aruna Shah. I got a call from mobile number 9426567523 as employee of vodafone idea regarding bill payment and my son was talking to him on behalf of me.
My son asked him to wave off late payment charges which were occur during pandemic of covid 19 and sudden the employee started arguing and talking rubbishy and using bad words and threatening words so i’m gonna do police complaint against him or else suspend him from your company .
and also how can they call us from their personal numbers, by this kind of behavior they are ruin your image. we all are using vodafone at mt home and also at my company there are around 200 workers who’s using vodafone now we will switch the service.
