I had ordered a shoe rack from the website
https://shoppperszone.co.in/products/smart-foldable-shoes-shelf-4-tier-shoe-rack-1 according to the details it had a money back guarantee of 60 days and 24/7 customer service support.
But the delivered item is completely different from what is shown in the website and there is no way to contact them for returning the product. Even the mail id mentioned in the website is fake or it doesn’t exist. There is no from address in the package. The phone number used by them to deliver the product also doesnt belong to them
