Text of Complaint by Shriya Thryakshari:

I ordered a product on meesho on 27th sept,2021. The actual price of the product is 1137/- but after applying a special offer it is 1097/-.Within 3 4 days ,the delivery agent sent me a message that the product is out for delivery and the amount I have to pay them is 1137/-. The product got delivered and I paid them 1137/- but I’m supposed to pay only 1097/-. After opening the package there was a complete different product so I decided to return and asked for refund but the app says that the product still didn’t get delivered. Then who sent me that product with all those details???. I want my money back.
