I ordered an i phone 13 from amazon website on 8th of october and on 9th october a delievery boy came and delievered the item. Later on when I opened the box there was a completely different item that I have received which was a laser light. Raised the complaint to amazon and they said they will invesitigate and let us know the status by 15th october when I called amazon customer care they said as per there investigation the delievered product was correct and they denied complately to provide any further help on the matter.
