I ordered 2 neckpieces from their combo offer buy one get 2 for Rs.1499 on October 22, 2024 through their Instagram account pikcollection.off . I received the product on October 24, 2024 and it wasn’t the same as I ordered. They scammed with a cheap quality product.The pikcollection person shared this number with me: +91 85239 78751. They likely won’t pick up the calls. I paid through COD. I send them the product unwrapping video as proof. And now they are not responding to my calls and messages and they are not initiating refund or even a replacement. This is a huge scam. Please take necessary action.
