Greetings of the day,
I, Aakriti booked a farmstay for today (13.07.14) through agoda on Thursday (11.07.24) by my kotak bank.
The booking id is- 1323135325 on agoda.
It is my parents anniversary on 14.07.24 and I wanted to give them a surprise with a family stay.
As soon we reached the property the guard told we don’t take any booking and we can’t let you in. The number that is given +919354910981 said they have registered my number and I am not related to any bookings. Please contact the agoda.
When I tried reaching agoda there was a AI bot talking to me and of I chose any option it kept taking me back to the main step.
Now my booking is not valid as I don’t have a person to let me in the villa. I dont know angoda is not responding to me.
This is a humble request, to kindly help me.
