I had ordered a blackberry Z30 via qubekart.com as cash on delivery & it was picked by ParcelX with order id 6873542 & it was delivered to me via DTDC courier service on 09-12-2025 in the second half & I received the parcel after paying INR 1898.00 via UPI with transaction number 682405363445. When i opened the parcel it was just 2 old model mobile power adapters. When i tried to contact QubeKart their helpline is not active & till now i have those box and items. I just want my refund at its 100% & also compensation for mental distress.
