I got a legal notice from Vodafone India Ltd stating that I have certain amount due to them. However, I ported my post paid connection around 1.5 years ago from Idea and to some other services and before porting the number they had asked me to pay full amount of mobile bill and without paying existing mobile bill they didn’t allow me to port the number.
If the full and final settlement amount is already been paid then why I am getting legal notice now?
