I have order my grocery order and the seal of Dalda Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil Jar was broken/open, so most of the oil got spilled on all over the items so they got damaged and they were totally drenched in the oil and I request for the return/refund. I got the refund for only partial product while I paid for the complete order and got damaged items, the seller is keep rejecting the refund, it’s my hard earned money, i earn these money by doing overtime, doing extra shifts, it’s really become hard to earn money and the seller keeps rejecting my refund for Oil Jar, infact the oil was the main reason of damage. Here’s the Order ID – OD427999801867574200 and I’m also attaching the image for reference, this image was taken in the same box in which they bring the groceries. I’m fed up with the Flipkart how can they take such issues so carelessly.
