I’m a user of paytm postpaid. This month I paid my dues before I got fined but it hasn’t been updated on the app. I contacted the customer care which asked me to wait for 24 hrs to get an update. I waited for 24 hrs and got no response from the customer care. The next I got fined for not paying it back and after the fine was imposed the payment has got updated. I tried to reach the customer care number of times and got no response for 5 days. As it is a credit facility it may impact my credit score. Paying fine or getting credit score impacted because of their technical issue isn’t ethical.
