I purchased a phone realme 2 diamond black from Flipkart and it delivered on 20 sep 2018 after few hours I got the product i face some problems in it I contact to Flipkart for the issue they said they arrange a tech. Visit and a technician come to me at 24/9/2018 at that time the power button problem solved but after his visit problem in mic of the phone arise one more thing the technician update the status of the complain is not respond by the customer while he complete the tech visit on 24 and now again I contact to Flipkart for mic problem they they again arrange tech visit for my problem tell me many time they arrange tech visit i asked them I don’t want anymore tech visit i want replacement of my phone my phone is in under 10 days replacement policy but they denied to replace my phone plz take serious action against Flipkart and it’s seller also.
