Sir ,
I have ordered Realme 6 pro Lightning Blue , 128 GB on 21/03/2020 for my online Class
As i belong to underprivileged family , so i bought it through hard earned money.
But till now , no any conclusion have been made by flipcart , they stated that time ” once lockdown will end, they will do necessary steps ,
Also one time they have ordered me to give consent for filling FIR , but after taking the consent they have not filed any FIR,
And after many complaint , they agreed to pay back the money,and also generated the invoice for the same but after few days they cancelled it also , saying that ” product was intact and it was not their fault..
And the delivery boy saying that the product will be replace , convinced me to give him the fake duplicate mobile ( i-kall company ) , also took that mobile also..
When i asked the delivery boy, he told me that he has sent the fake duplicate mobile to flipcart office..
Sir it’s humble request , please look into this matter..
I have also the IMEI no. Of both fake product that i have got and also IMEI no. Of the product i have ordered ( as it was stated on the Invoice)

I have also went to police and told them by going through IMEI no. They can solve the case but they refused to do so.
It’s humble request sir please look into this matter, as i still don’t have money to buy a new for myself…
