I have purchased iphone x 64 gb silver from PayTm mall but i got fake product i have applied for return on same day. that is on 27-11-2018 sill they have not taken the item back.
I have given a complaint to paytm mall customer care that i have received a fake product, they have send me a mail to submit all the photos of the item and box which i have sent them as a reply mail.
After that they asked me to wait as the case is in investigation. To day i got a mail saying that money cant be refunded as we have no problem from our side.
I lost nearly 84,000/- for the product.
As i have occasion i have bought a new product in bajaj electronics, as i thought the item will be returned back as per 7days return policy.
now i have invested 1,84,000/- for one phone due to PayTm Scam.
