I bought a LOGITECH G502 mouse for ₹3795. I opened the parcel and saw the box was damaged and a cheap cello tape was applied on it to keep it closed, anyhow i opened the packing and saw that the serial number of mouse was different from the one on the box and the bill. I ordered a replacement but delivery guy refused to accept the order because the serial numbers mismatched. I am really upset about this fraud done by amazon reseller, i am an old customer of amazon i order so many product’s. But this time i am really disappointed.
I want a replacement or refund for my product.
