Text of Complaint by Chaithanya:

I booked a air bed from amazon for my father who is bed ridden,,, actually it is the 4th air bed where in they don’t last more than 4 months its from intex brand!!! And each bed casts 3.5-2.5k. This time i got a bed which already was faulty where air leakage is found!!! I requested for the replacement on same day, but got a slot 3 days later on Wednesday,, and Wednesday morning when i checked the application there was no process it replacement so i had a chat with the amazon executive and they said there is no hand to hand replacement, as they will only pick up product Wednesday and once the product reach the warehouse there will be a replacement initiative! So i asked then to do a refund for me if the process take longer duration of time!! And later they said no pick up and replacement will be on same same day so I confirmed ok do the same!! Again they are postponing to april 2nd for the return process!!! Actually it’s very urgent for me to purchase the product for health issues but amazon is just beating around the bushes!!! And intex is making the worst product and costing a high price!!
