I’ve ordered 9 layer shoerock from SHIFTO. It got delivered on Sunday and the delivered item was damaged and had only 5 layers. I had paid 999 rupees for the product. What satisfaction are they getting after making their customers fools like this. Kindly help me to return the product and then initiating the refund of 999 rupees.
