Hi,

I have placed an order on shophut.co.in site for a combo of fossil watches and got product delivered on 21st january 2019 which is damaged and of different brand.

The product i got is damaged and of worst quality.I want to return it as mentioned on their site that damaged product can be return. I tried calling customer care but both the numbers are not working. I even dropped an email to customer care but delivery of email is failed as recipient address is incorrect.

So, there is no way I can raise return request and they are not responding.

Kindly take strict action against them and refund amount.
