Text of Complaint by Pranjal Agrawal:

I ordered a monitor from amazon cost 30k. I got this product defective . That’s why I raise a request for replacement. But It’s being 10 days of raise request, Amazon didn’t pick up my defective item yet. They always told me that your request for pickup has been cancelled. I recreate my pickup request three time but all three time pickup got cancelled that’s why I walked to delivery office to give my product but here I got that there is no pickup request raised for mine product. I have been waiting for this for 10 days but it’s not getting resolved. I don’t know why this is happening but because of this my money is on hold and I have wasted a lot time in it.

Another problem with amazon is they will not dispatch my replacement item until they didn’t receive my product. this will again cause a long wait time because after pickup it need to be reached to their ware house that will take 5-7 days after that they will dispatch my replace product which will again take 7-10 to be delivered.
