So, on May 5th, I purchased a MSI Bravo 15 laptop, which got delivered on May 8th. The laptop I received was perfectly working, but after 7 days, I saw a dead pixel. It only appears on black wallpaper, that is why I didn’t notice it earlier. I contacted Flipkart support, but they told me that the return period is over, so we can’t do anything. I asked for the seller’s contact information so I could tell them they sold me a defective product. But they refused to give me the seller’s contact and i was just one day late to return the product as per the policies guidelines of flipkart.
I have already advised my friends & colleagues, family not to trust and buy from, “Buzz Retail India Private Limited” Product. They have worse after sale customer service and malfunctioning products.
In the whole internet dataspace I was unable to find their contacts , that poor brand image and brand position they have in the market ,that ultimately ruining the MSI brand image in the customer’s eye & in the market.

ki koshish ki par inki ye guideline ka gyaan dene lage are bhai mujhe kuch haq hai ki nahi. Na mai product return kar sakta hu na seller se contact kar sakta hu na hi ab review post kar sakta hu.
