I got laptop on 31 Oct and placed request for replacement on 2 Oct but it get canceled I don’t why.Than on 4 Nov I placed again replacement request. After the technician visited on 9 Nov ,My replacement got approved on 14 Nov and the promised date for replacement was Nov23 . But I didn’t get it. There is no further update about it
