Recently I received a message from Vi that I got charged rs.22 for fun portal. When I contacted the customer care they transferred me to 3 different agents and the last agent disconnected my call stating I’m abusive. On the call they said, there is an online application running from chrome which got me charged. When I said my data was off, they’re saying it is not releated to data and the it is running automatically and asking me to turn off the notification settings to avoid getting charged. The other agent said that I activated that service, where we don’t even know what service it was for. VI is stealing customers money on the name of these services and they’re saying they can’t do anything and they can’t refund the money. It’s not the case only with me, I heard the same from many people. I wish there should be some authority to take legal action on these issues to avoid such things in future and safeguard customers money
