On june 7 ,I recharged my number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 698! Rupees pack (which is 84days validity unlimited calling pack with 1.5gb data). And I made the payment through debit card in Airtel app.
But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account.
I checked the last transactions for my number but could not find the recharge details.
Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack. Below are the details of my number transaction and number details.
