Text of Complaint by Ramesh:

I purchased samsung 244L Frost free registrator (OD328102613774578100) from Flipkart on 19.05.2023 with out open box delivery, on 20.05.2023 installation technician has come for installation when he opened that product he found that product got damaged, then he processed for return and the seller has accepted with refund. But I asked for replace of the product in place of damaged product for that customer care of Flipkart has cancelled the past request and proceed with new request on that time seller has been rejected the return request without sufficient reason and again I called to customer care of Flipkart for this issue and again they have processed with new request but still it is pending and not responding the back end department regarding my issue and they have given an resolution date by 4th of June, but my return policy date will be expected by 29th of May.
actually the seller has mentioned for replacement policy is available for 10 days, but now he is not accepting the replacement he wants give refund only in my 1st return request, and in send request he was asked for pictures of the damaged product accordingly I have uploaded all the pictures but he has been rejected without any proper reason..
I am very valuable plus customer to Flipkart but now I feel very regret why I purchased in Flipkart.
Actually my old refrigerator is not working so that I had to order but this situation was happened and my money was struck at the seller end and that amount I have to repay to my credit and the customer care team will not provide the sufficient information and some of the executives are disconnected my calls in the middle of the conversation and I requested them to escalate my call to the backend department but all the time they said that this time is server is not available so we are unavailable to process in this time.
Hence I request the kind officer may please be resolved this issue as soon as possible.
For which kind of act I shall ever grateful to you sir…
