Dear Sir
I have placed an order for ultra smart watch of SCG Ultra series 8 watch of 49mm .
I have received my order on 15th of June 2023 due to internal software issue I have requested for replacement of the product.
I have received the product replacement on 25th of June .
The thing is that the product packaging was good from outside but internal watch Box is broken and box is damaged in condition.
In addition to this I have noticed that
1. The watch I have received is of diffrent model rather than the product displayed on box
2. Charger is not original
3. Display quality of watch is too bad
Considering these things I have made a decision to return the watch on the same day
But Flipkart is continuously giving the dates like 28th of June , 30th of June , 1st July and they also state that issue is resolved but I have not returned it and not got the refund of ₹7875 which I have paid through Flipkart pay later account.
Dear sir please help me out nobody from your customer care support are supporting me to get my refund so at the last I am reaching you in the hope you wil address this immediately and help me out to get my amount.
Each time when I place for return and refund they will reject it and mention issue is resolved so I am helpless not getting what to do what this please help me out to get refund of ₹7875
