Replacement Request – Serial no. MP20CDGN
Dear Concern,
This mail is regarding a replacement of laptop bearing Serial no. MP20CDGN. I have got a termination mail from my company as I’m working from home because on Lenovo.
Reason as follows.
1) I had received this gift on raksha bandhan by my brother’s in the month of August.
2) I was working from August to November with an organisation in their office, where I had my desktop. So this Lenovo laptop was on a minimal usage just for saving important docs or casual data. So there is no travelling with laptop question.
3) I started using this laptop from 15th January till date on regular basis from 7pm to 4am. Work from Home.
There is no physical damage as mentioned above scenario’s, still.. issue started from
2nd Feb 1st issue that battery did not get charged, took neighbour charger and charged it. Went to croma they suggested go to nearest Lenovo service centre. It got resolved.
3rd March, I suddenly noticed that the moment there is a movement is screen laptop shuts down. Putting me into a lot of trouble with loss of data. Went to Lenovo service centre and got it resolved.
It’s not even a week.
8th March night, got to trouble to start and once it got on it didn’t get charged. In the middle of shift I was out of work. I went to Lenovo service centre and the technician said issue is with the mother board.
Today we’re on 14th March and still my laptop is not ready which customer care committed 2-3 working.
When followed up today they say it will be ready by Wednesday 16th.
1) I was not helped with a spare laptop even after requesting that this the only one I have. Neither from service centre nor croma helped nor even the premium care call centre.
2) Without damaging or misusing not even completing a year system made such big blunder, how do I trust coming my years with this laptop.
How can a new laptop less used, Please note (I can count on my words as you can check with your Lenovo center details attached, that how is the condition of laptop, there is not a single scratch on it).
Now after they resolved issue after week, laptop is getting heated while charging as if it will blast and i will loose my hand.
Keypad back light blinking continuously. Please help it’s worth 62000 my brother’s hard earned money.
I need a Replacement or my money back.
