we have shopped for a brand new @OnePlus_IN phone worth rs. 41000 at @amazonIN website, and with all your blessings we got brand new defective(fake) phone, twice. I wasted so much of time on returning the product and getting a replacement and again the same procedure to get my refund. Despite of all the time and effort, i am still struggling to get my partial refund which i was promised to be given. And proof is attached along with this complaint.
So, kindly look into the below mentioned ticket and process the refund ASAP.
