SUBJECT: Complain against Wrong item got from amazon
Sir,
Recently on 16-10-2022, I got my order of Ant Esports GM320 RGB Optical Wired Gaming Mouse worth rs.549. I stared opening the box, I found the main mouse box suspecting because it was having another layer of tape in it. I clicked photos, i opened it and found an old Ant eSports mouse in the packaging. I tried to contact Amazon customer care for this but i haven’t got any convenient resolution from there.
I have being trying from tomorrow to get in contact with customer care but they aren’t replying.
I would be grateful if you take action against the matter.
