Got an internally damaged refrigerator and Amazon not accepting replacement

Text of Complaint by Md Fazle Rehman:

Bought a refrigerator of worth 74900 INR on 6th October 2021 with order id 407-4400745-6780351.

Got opened the box which was one day late 10ty Oct 2021 unplanned delivery at the time I was trying to go out for my medical check up on cardiac issue. But the delivery guy was not ready to get it inspected as he was not aware of the process neither was completely myself.

The refrigerator outer body was okay. so the delivery guy told me to get it started and check running infront of installation guy. Due to this the inside was not inspected thoroughly as it was stickered throughout with packaging material as well as it was shadowy as the light of refrigerator was not turned on.

Next day the samsung installation guy visited and removed all packaging amd turned it on resulting me to find the severe damage at the back panel of the refrigerator concealed behind the packaging material stickered seals.

Now the customer care executives are denying to take replacement which and return facilities till 19th October 2021.

This 700 l side by side refrigerator cost me 74990 which is too high for me. Please help me to get my replacement
