I have got an order from a customer & i have delivered the DIGITAL DOOR LOCK which cost Rs.42000. But the customer has returned the product(I don not find the genuine reason, as I have delivered the same product as per our listing). Now I didn’t get my product back. Instead of my product I got a hand cloves cost less than Rs. 200. My product is a big size box which weighs 8.0 Kg. I raised SPF claim as I have attached the 3 images with return label. But my SPF claim has been rejected. I have sent a mail with my product package & their returned product. Still I didn’t received any proper response. Its been 6 days. I am trying all the ways to connect them. I left with no option.
