On 10th Oct 2023, some delivery boy from Ekart came and gave a parcel to my mom, and asked for money because it was a COD order. My mom does not know how to use an online e-commerce site, so she thought maybe I ordered the parcel. As I was not home, she tried to call me to confirm the order, but the delivery boy showed up as he was extremely busy, and did not have time for this, so asked my mom to pay him immediately. after that, my mom paid him 210rs cash. And he left very fast. After that, my mom called me and I told her that I did not order anything.
