Hello, I have been odered Corsair Veganance 8gb ram x 2 on (order no : 171-1655471-1860341 16th Nov and got a delivery package on 21st Nov but that was not the actual product what I been ordered(photo added what I got) that’s why I returned it for refund or replacement but I didn’t get my refund or replacement after 10 business days as per there rules after that I contact amazon service for the refund but I was really shocked because they are telling that I have returned the fake item if I got right product means why I will return them, I have been using Amazon from long time and purchased many things .This is the first issue happening with me after this the amazon investigating made there decision as I only given wrong item to them and didn’t refund my amount and not even given the product . After this incident I checked through seller the same thing has been happened to many people ,same RAM same Scam.so please help me to get through this coming Jan 05 2022 i have to pay its EMI around INR 6900. Please Help Me.
