I had ordered Nokia 3310 on Jan 17, 2019, however got a different phone which is Q-Tel. I have emailed twice and i still haven’t got any reply back. In the company exchange and return policy it says to ship the item back, but which address should it be shipped back?
Very poor service, no call center number to call as well.
