Hello … One Day I placed an order for a nike shoes on Amazon And when the item arrived It was a completely Different Branded Item And Immediately I Contacted Amazon And Reported this concern And They Asked Me For Images Of The Wrong item and conducted an Investigation which lasted for 6 days And After the investigation The Leadership Support team from amazon said that to return the wrong item I received .. I was relieved to Hear That and I did return the item and After 2 weeks They had no response of the refund or anything. I finally contacted them and They Conducted another investigation which lasted 2 days and after that I got a mail saying that they have received a different item than the one I ordered , after getting scanned by Amazon I felt horrible. The entire amount I lost was 2798 Rupees
