I bought Samsung washing machine with wifi feature but the wifi feature is not working.I have raised the complain to Flipkart multiple times every time they give a date for resolution and on resolution date they give another date.Simply making a fool.The tech visit is also done and technician also confirmed that this is defective product,still they are not refunding the amount.its been 45 days I have followed up with Flipkart.
